1) Return Eligibility

Unused & Sealed Products:
Items can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. -
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after this period will not be accepted. -
Change of Mind:
Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not allowed. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable courier service. -
Sale Items:
Products purchased during sales or special promotions may not be eligible for return or refund.
Tip: Please keep the packaging, invoice, and product sealed until you verify your order.
2) Mandatory Unboxing Video (24-Hour Claim Policy)
To ensure fair claims, an uncut unboxing video is required for damaged, missing, or incorrect items:
- Show the sealed package from all sides
- Clearly display the invoice inside
- Record the full unboxing in one continuous video (no cuts)
- Show product condition and quantity clearly
Verification Process
- We may review our warehouse dispatch records
- If the order was correctly packed, claims may be declined
- If an issue is confirmed from our side, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly

3) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened products
- Cosmetics (for hygiene reasons, if opened)
- Earrings or personal-use jewelry (if worn)
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees and transaction charges
4) Refund & Exchange Process

Returned items are inspected within 24–48 hours after receiving them. -
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer or Card). -
If No Issue Found:
- The item may be returned to you, or
- Discarded after 6 months if not claimed
