At Lagara Beauty, we value your trust and are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.


1) Return Eligibility

  • Unused & Sealed Products:
    Items can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
  • Change of Mind:
    Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not allowed.
  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable courier service.
  • Sale Items:
    Products purchased during sales or special promotions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Tip: Please keep the packaging, invoice, and product sealed until you verify your order.


2) Mandatory Unboxing Video (24-Hour Claim Policy)

To ensure fair claims, an uncut unboxing video is required for damaged, missing, or incorrect items:

  • Show the sealed package from all sides
  • Clearly display the invoice inside
  • Record the full unboxing in one continuous video (no cuts)
  • Show product condition and quantity clearly

Verification Process

  • We may review our warehouse dispatch records
  • If the order was correctly packed, claims may be declined
  • If an issue is confirmed from our side, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly

3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products
  • Cosmetics (for hygiene reasons, if opened)
  • Earrings or personal-use jewelry (if worn)
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping fees and transaction charges

4) Refund & Exchange Process

  • Inspection:
    Returned items are inspected within 24–48 hours after receiving them.
  • Refund Method:
    Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer or Card).
  • If No Issue Found:
    • The item may be returned to you, or
    • Discarded after 6 months if not claimed
  • Exchanges:
    Only allowed for the same product if defective or damaged, subject to approval.
